Shane McMahon and Vince McMahon have worked together on-screen as a villainous duo in the Stamford-based promotion for a while. However, both are no longer associated with the company, and Shane recently provided an update regarding his father's health.

In 2024, Vince McMahon began his legal battles with a former WWE employee when the lawsuit was filed a day before Royal Rumble 2024. After McMahon decided to defend himself, he resigned as TKO's executive chairman and shifted his focus to clearing his name and winning the legal battle.

In an interview on TMZ Sports, Shane McMahon was asked about his father's health and life. The 55-year-old star stated that Mr. McMahon was doing really well and enjoying life.

"He's been doing really well. He's enjoying life, you know, getting a little bit of rest in there. You know, if you know my dad, he's always gung-ho, and he's always doing the next thing, and that's what he's focused on," McMahon said. (From 00:45 to 00:58)

Shane McMahon on whether he would start a new wrestling company with Vince McMahon

Shane McMahon and Vince McMahon were once on-screen authority figures in the Stamford-based promotion. While Vince gave orders and surrounded himself with other stars, Shane also did his father's bidding on-screen, and the two even went on to dominate the roster with their alliance.

However, it's been a while since the two were seen together on television, and rumors were floating regarding the McMahons starting their own wrestling promotion. In the same interview, the former SmackDown Tag Team, Hardcore, and European Champion cleared the air.

"You never know what's going to happen out there. Of course, anything can happen in WWE, but those rumors are false. Those rumors are false," McMahon said.

It'll be interesting to see what's next for the father-son duo in the industry.
