Congratulations to WWE icon Becky Lynch

WWE Superstar Becky Lynch has achieved a major feat in the Stamford-based promotion at the Money in the Bank 2025 Premium Live Event. The Man was in action against Lyra Valkyria.

Since turning on Lyra Valkyria on RAW after WrestleMania 41, Becky Lynch has been going after the Women's Intercontinental Championship. Big Time Becks faced Valkyria for the title at Backlash 2025 but failed to claim the gold. At Money in the Bank tonight, Lynch faced the former NXT star once again. Both women put on an incredible display of action inside the squared circle.

At one point in the bout, The Man hit a super Manhandle Slam from the top of the turnbuckle and went for the pin, but her opponent still kicked out. In the last stages of the match, both stars hit several moves before rolling each other up multiple times for the pin. Becky Lynch ultimately won the roll-up battle and became the new WWE Women's Intercontinental Champion.

Lynch has won all the big titles on the main roster and even in NXT, including the Women's World Championship and the NXT Women's Championship. Congratulations are in order, as Big Time Becks' IC title win marked her first midcard gold on the main roster.

Following the match, Becky Lynch disrespected Lyra Valkyria by forcing the latter to acknowledge her as the Women's Intercontinental Champion in front of the crowd. A frustrated Valkyria then took Lynch out. It remains to be seen what's next for The Man's feud with the former WWE NXT star.
