WWE Money in the Bank 2025 is in the history books now. The event saw Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso defeat John Cena and Logan Paul in a tag match after interference from R-Truth.
Elsewhere, Seth Rollins and Naomi won the Men's and Women's Money in the Bank ladder matches, respectively. Further, Becky Lynch became the new Women's Intercontinental Champion.
Overall, it was a great show. It will be of interest to see how things unfold in the company after Money in the Bank 2025. The following piece will cover four predictions for WWE after last night's event:
Solo Sikoa featured in the men's Money in the Bank ladder match last night. However, the Bloodline member failed to win the coveted briefcase and was betrayed by his stablemate, Jacob Fatu.
Given how things unfolded last night, Solo Sikoa could bring in a new Enforcer to replace Jacob Fatu in the new Bloodline. The Street Champion could have Hikuleo debut as his new muscle.
Hikuleo, who is Tama Tonga's half-brother, reportedly signed with WWE a while back. The monster could debut on SmackDown as Solo's new henchman.
A dream match between Gunther and Goldberg has been rumored ever since the duo was involved in a heated exchange last year. While nothing seems to have come of it yet, things may finally change in the coming days, as rumor has it that Goldberg could return to WWE shortly.
As fans know, Gunther will challenge Jey Uso for the World Heavyweight Title this Monday night on WWE RAW. The creative team could have Goldberg return after the match to confront The Ring General.
This potential angle would plant seeds of a blockbuster match between the duo.
John Cena and Logan Paul lost their tag team match against Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso at Money in the Bank 2025 due to interference from R-Truth. Given Big Match John was the one to eat the pin, Cody Rhodes could challenge Cena to a rematch, this time for the gold.
The company could book the duo's rematch for Night of Champions. If that is indeed the case, it won't come as a surprise if The American Nightmare defeats The Cenation Leader to reclaim the Undisputed WWE Title.
While many expected Roman Reigns to return at Money in the Bank 2025, that didn't happen. However, there's no denying that The Tribal Chief's return is imminent.
In his absence, Seth Rollins has formed a formidable faction, featuring Paul Heyman, Bronson Reed, and Bron Breakker. Given that, Roman Reigns could form his own faction to take down Rollins and Co.
The OTC could join forces with CM Punk and Sami Zayn, both of whom are involved in a feud with The Visionary's faction right now. Roman Reigns could name this potential faction as The Shield 2.0 to further get under Rollins' skin.
