WWE officially announced that its King and Queen of the Ring tournament will be making a return in June 2025. Two massive names have been confirmed as the first two entrants on the women's side.

This week on SmackDown, we saw the two WWE General Managers, Adam Pearce and Nick Aldis, make a massive announcement as they revealed that the King & Queen of the Ring tournament will return this month. It will culminate at Night of Champions in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with the two winners getting World Title shots at SummerSlam 2025.

Jade Cargill and Charlotte Flair have seemingly been confirmed as the first two entrants into the Queen of the Ring tournament following their backstage segment on SmackDown.

Charlotte Flair made it clear to Jade Cargill that there's only one queen in WWE. While Cargill missed out on a spot in the Women's Money in the Bank ladder match, she could get a title shot at SummerSlam, possibly setting up a dream match against Tiffany Stratton.

It's going to be all the more interesting if Naomi wins the Women's Money in the Bank briefcase. One thing is for sure: the SmackDown Women's division is getting more exciting by the week.

The tournament will begin imminently.
