On June 14, 2025, Dave Blunts shared a 41-second preview of his diss track against 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis James Jackson III. The title of the track is unknown.
In the song uploaded on his Instagram story, he called the rapper a "fall off" and also mentioned him being shot nine times back in 2000, per HotNewHipHop. He also rapped:
"Why the f**k 50 Cent talking that sh*t when he know that his BM get p*ssed on?"
Blunts shared this preview after 50 Cent took a dig at Kanye West, aka Ye, over his appearance at Diddy's trial recently.
Fans online reacted to the diss track, with some confused about why Dave Blunts has a feud with Jackson III. One X user wrote:
"Literally nobody cares"
"Tf could he possibly be beefing with 50 about," another user wrote.
"Dave Blunts funny for this but he is taking up for Ye who he has a track with," another commented.
"Is there a way to mute anything and everything that has to do with Dave Blunts from my timeline?" a person wrote.
Meanwhile, some users pointed out that 50 Cent is perhaps not the right person to beef with, considering his history with excellent diss tracks.
"This n***a is out his f**king mind. 50 the last dude you wanna beef with in hip hop. Good luck Dave Blunts," one user tweeted.
"This is so bad it counts as the diss and 50’s rebuttal all in one track. And Blunt lost," another wrote.
"Out of everyone. he chose 50? That's like the last person you want to go at," another user commented.
On the other hand, some netizens came in support of Blunts' rap track.
"Somebody needed to say it. 50 cent out here talking crazy when he got trapped by a escort," a fan said.
"Bro, this is gonna be wild. Can't wait to hear it," another fan wrote.
It's unclear when the entire track by Dave Blunts will drop. Moreover, Fif hasn't responded to the diss yet.
