Welcome to the WWE News Roundup for June 15, 2025. In today's edition, we'll look at topics about Alexa Bliss and Rhea Ripley. Plus, a major star who recently reflected on her exit from the company, and more. Let's get started:

#1. Alexa Bliss, Logan Paul, and other superstars removed from official banner before WWE SmackDown

WWE.com's Superstars page was recently updated, with Becky Lynch, Dominik Mysterio, Jacob Fatu, Naomi, Blake Monroe, Trick Williams, and Sol Ruca appearing on the official banner. Naomi replaced Alexa Bliss, one of the most popular names in the company.

In addition to Bliss, Logan Paul, Drew McIntyre, Bron Breakker, Damian Priest, Roxanne Perez, and Ricky Saints were removed:

Despite the recent change, Alexa Bliss continues to have an important presence on SmackDown. During the latest episode, she defeated Alba Fyre, Candice LeRae, and Charlotte Flair in a four-way contest to qualify for the semifinals of the 2025 Queen of the Ring Tournament.

#2. Tiffany Stratton teases reunion with Rhea Ripley

Tiffany Stratton and Rhea Ripley teamed up once last year, and fans have wanted to see more of 'Strapley' since then. In October 2024, the duo faced Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez on WWE RAW.

In recent memory, however, they crossed paths during the buildup to Money in the Bank 2025, with Ripley teasing a title match against Stratton. Shortly after that confrontation, Stratton was asked about the future of 'Strapley.' The WWE Women's Champion told Billboard:

"To me, Strapley is never over. She has a special place in my heart, and I'm going to try and make Rhea Ripley wear pink. It's going to happen one day. I guarantee it."

It remains to be seen what is next for Rhea Ripley, who lost in the first round of the Queen of the Ring Tournament and could not win the Women's Money in the Bank contract this year.

#3. Mercedes Mone says WWE exit was undoubtedly the right move for her

While she accomplished a lot as Sasha Banks in WWE, Mercedes Mone is crafting a brand new legacy outside the company. According to the former WWE Superstar, her "life changed for the absolute better" after she quit World Wrestling Entertainment in 2022. In the latest edition of her Mone Mag newsletter, Mone said:

"Growing up, WWE was everything to me. I never imagined my life without it. But over time, I've come to realize that it's not WWE I can't live without; it's pro wrestling itself. I owe a tremendous debt of gratitude to the person who sparked this journey for me. Because of that pivotal moment, my life changed for the absolute better. Not a day goes by that I don't feel grateful for that decision. It pushed me to new heights, matured me into a strong-willed CEO, and empowered me to take control of my life and future. I'm especially thankful for all my fans who have stood by me throughout this journey."

The top AEW wrestler also reflected on what a "higher-up" once told her:

"I remember a higher-up once telling me, 'The grass isn't greener on the other side.' Well, let me tell you—every seed I've planted over the years is growing and flourishing like never before. Becoming the highest-paid women's wrestler is a beautiful flower that has blossomed, and I couldn't be prouder."

Mercedes Mone is currently preparing for one of the biggest matches in her career. She will challenge Toni Storm for the AEW Women's World Championship at All In: Texas on July 12.
